These general terms and conditions of sale govern orders placed on arbor3s.com with Mathieu Arnaud FULMAR, sole trader (autónomo), ARBOR3S, tax ID Z4013338G, Calle Rosalía de Castro 169, 30107 Murcia, Spain, email contact@arbor3s.com, telephone +34 614 894 371.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to sales of physical and, where applicable, digital products made to consumers via the website. The customer must have the necessary legal capacity to order.

Key features, sizes, materials, colors, and prices are presented on the product pages. Photographs are illustrative; slight differences in display or production may exist without altering the essential characteristics. Most products are manufactured on demand by Printful after an order is placed.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and include taxes where required by regulations. Delivery costs are communicated before order confirmation. For certain destinations, import duties, taxes, or fees may be claimed from the recipient and remain their responsibility unless otherwise stated.

The customer checks the contents of their cart, their contact details, and the delivery address before paying. The order becomes firm after payment validation and confirmation is sent, subject to an obvious pricing error, unavailability, or legitimate refusal. ARBOR3S may request information necessary for fraud prevention.

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Payment data is processed by Shopify's secure providers; ARBOR3S does not receive the full credit card number.

Manufacturing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping time. As a guide, shipping generally takes 1 to 8 business days domestically and up to 20 business days internationally. These estimates do not constitute a guaranteed date, unless expressly agreed. Worldwide delivery remains limited to the destinations offered at checkout.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate address. In the event of significant delay, the consumer's legal rights, including the possibility of granting a reasonable additional period and then canceling in the cases provided for by law, remain applicable.

For a consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred upon physical possession of the product by the customer or a third party designated by them, with the exception of a carrier chosen independently by the customer.

For standard products, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days from receipt to notify their decision without justification. They must then return the product within 14 days of this notification. Direct return costs are at their expense, unless there is an error or defect attributable to ARBOR3S.

The legal exception only concerns goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. The simple fact that a standard product is manufactured on demand does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Full details can be found in the Refund Policy.

The customer benefits from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to consumer goods. In the event of a defective, damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect product, they must contact ARBOR3S with the order number and relevant information. After verification, a conformity update, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be offered according to legal conditions.

The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to ARBOR3S creations. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

ARBOR3S is not responsible for any delay or non-performance caused by an unforeseeable and unavoidable external event, subject to mandatory rules. No clause limits the rights that the law mandatorily recognizes to the consumer.

Order data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed from the footer.

A claim can be sent to contact@arbor3s.com. These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Any dispute falls under the competent courts in accordance with the applicable mandatory rules.
